I understand what you mean Chook. I've noticed that other players, not just Pearce, who were present at the times of "incidents" have not been involved but surely could have intervened.
A curfew and a ban on alcohol should not be necessary if the boys would act responsibly, but as they don't seem to care it is up to management to DO SOMETHING!
It is not fair to the players who do the right thing. I think the main problem with the younger ones is that they have never worked for a boss in an ordinary job environment. They would be sacked!
It is also impossible to stay 100% fit while going on regular drink binges. They owe it to the club and supporters to give back what they are "earning".
