I think Billy Smith can be a top line NRL player in the future. Teddy went through similar injury setbacks early in his career, and so did Moga who is now at the Merge. I think he has done his best for the club, and I hope the club does it's best to support him if he is willing to put in the effort in rehab. I think it would be disgraceful to write him off without making every effort to support him if he wants to continue. It's not about money, it's about humanity.

I understand what you are saying NSK however it’s a business and nothing more. We buy into it and expect a return for the investment. We are not a charity and that’s the way Nick plays it. He’s ruthless in his pursuit of success.

If billy chooses to retire im sure the club will support him in the same means we did for Boyd and Jake. Paid out their cobtract in full and covered all rehad related fees

Billy is 22 he has plenty of footy left in him. If he wants to play on and he should imo then good luck to him. He would be a gun if he got a season under his belt.

I get the frustration of fans with all his injuries but shit spare a thought for the kid. I trust between him and the club they will make a decision that's best for all.
