Fighting and losing would of been a slightly larger fine. He would never have gotten off because he hit the head first no doubt. Not a hard blow but he hit the head definitely.

accept the fine and don't waste everyone's time so they don't hate us any more than they already do I suppose was the thinking because fighting would achieve zero.
