Should we re-sign Lodge

This is pure speculation but after 2 games what are are peoples thoughts about signing Lodge on a full time contract?

I have know idea what he would want, $500k???

IMO we have a lot of young props coming through but need to balance this with experience, Lodge fits the bill

Every team needs a hard man, someone who people don't like but know they need. Matt Lodge is that man.

He is absolutely the type of player needed by the Roosters.
Robbo praised him after his first game against the Dragons - said 2 of his "quick play the balls" directly led to Rooster tries.
"Quick play the ball" means you have bent the defensive line ,and got over the advantage line, got up and played the ball with the defence retreating.
As the defence is not set, it automatically brings your smaller , mobile forwards(cue Verrills/ Watson, or a Teddy trailing though the ruck) to bust open the defence, or cause confusion, with speed.
A Lodge, or someone like him, is a key component in the Roosters new style of play, which is to pick teams apart up the middle, with faster , mobile men..
