I'm Row R. Hoping it's not too close to ground level.
I'd be 99% sure it would be the bottom/ground level

I’ve resigned to cancelling my membership for 2023 if they still refuse my request for different seats
      We are row F

I will attend round 25 and if the elevation is as bad as it looks I've decided I'm going to cancel my families Membership also. We haven't been a Member as long as some but I'm guessing there is going to be quite the hike in pricing and not sure I will commit to that to be at ground level
I cannot believe they didn't build it steep like CommBank or Suncorp. Hopefully the vids are misleading and we get a nice surprise but i doubt it

they’ve ballsed the entire process right up, and personally I think they did it deliberately. If they can shove as many existing members as possible into the shit seats that leaves the good ones to attract new members, or sell for top dollar to casuals
The longer you are a member the less the club care about you unless you cozy up in the corporate boxes. Its a kick in the guts to hear long term members getting the short end of the paddle pop stick but no less than i expect from the club.

I think we should reserve judgement until Sep 2nd.

Sounds like they want everyone on the one side of the stadium so it looks full on television instead of the way it used to look when it seemed like nobody at the ground because majority of people sat on the opposite side

No matter where everyone sits, channel 9 will still say we have no fans even though this year we have a record number of paid up memberships..

We get better crowds than over half the comp including one team towns but it's only ever "roosters have no fans" from the commentators. Comments about ANZAC Day only having Dragons fans always annoyed me, I went to every ANZAC Day game when I lived in Sydney and there was always a lot of Roosters fans there.

Funny thing is, we have fans all over the place these days. I have work friends from the lower north shore and way out past Penrith who have family who follow us. It's been 20 years since that 2002 win as we all know so enough time has past to breed a whole new generation of Roosters fans. Who cares what others think anyway..we know who we are and how good we are and that's what counts..

hopefully it’s steep enough that row F provides you some elevation.

unfortunately for me in row B unless they have like 10 feet of elevation between rows I’m up shit creek.

not liking the look of the giant LED advertising board sitting in front of the bay either. Looks like it will restrict view pretty heavily

row A is the front row. Not sure how many rows are in these new bays but R should at least provide you some elevation

Looks like my seats might not be too bad, but we'll see. Sorry for those with lousy ones. If you get onto them they may accommodate. When you're forking out a lot and the seat is going to be for the whole season, I don't know why they don't do what theatres do and have graphic and pick exactly what seat(s) you want on a first come, first served basis.

As for the ground itself, it's pretty standard in Sydney at least, that the front row is ground level, but looking at stadiums in the U.S. they are always elevated about ten feet from the playing surface, which should be the minimum.

Tickets are already exhausted for the day session, have a mate saying you just had to rock up the ground on the Sunday, i said to him there would be a huge demand so there must be some sort of ballot or ticketing for it and he said no so he is going to be in for a shock.

FWIW, Sydney FC have had their pricing for their membership up for a while. Their seats in Bay 15 are $600 for adults and $305 for Juniors for the season (13 home games).

Add a zero or two and give me that money and I still wouldn’t go watch that crap.
