I reckon the players should do an Albanian Steering Wheel as a post try celebration this weekend. Even better, they should bring in SesameStreetKid to lead the precession!Exonerate the West Memphis Three - www.wm3.org

i want to win on thursday and win big if we can but i wouldn't complain if we let them score unopposed on the first play of the game out of respect of the stance that manly has taken. won't happen in professional sport but we're the roosters. i want to win but i want to feel good about the club. give them a 6 point head start and then game on

Respectful freedom of speech is still legal in Australia is it not? Different views are still allowed are they not?

I would support his right to stick to his beliefs, just as I support the players whose religious beliefs are contrary to homosexuality. They have rights, and I think their beliefs trump the wokeness of a society trying to force homosexuality down our throats.
Veganism is a "protected non-religious belief" under Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Veganism is also protected under the International Bill of Rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which Australia helped draft and signed.
Society has moved on for the better and has more movement to make but of course some just can't or steadfastly refuse to move with the times.

wow the manly board really shit the bed on this one. anybody could see thr probable outcome of this from a million miles away.
i do feel bad for the players who take the field and who choose to sit out, no win situation.
it also makes it a more pressurised game for us, win by 50? so we should have , if it is close , or god forbid lose the media will carve us . we cannot afford to take manly lightly , but i do kind of wish them well, 48 16 would be my ideal score , roosters lead 48 6 , until the last 5 mins when manly score twice to put some pride ( no pun ) back in the jersey.
