For some reason he isn’t running into gaps anymore, seems to be tackled easily. True he runs hard , but isn’t breaking the line. I don’t doubt his commitment nor his attitude, but I’m mystified at the loss of potency in attack.

If I had Manu and Mitchell in the centres I'd look good too as a second rower!

Angus is probably our most frustrating player (at least in my opinion) because unlike some others, he does have a lot of talent and size and does have quality. He seems to be inconsistent with his attitude, not so much having a bad attitude but often just looks either disinterested or not focused on the game. He can go from looking like the best forward in the comp in attack and D to dordeling up to the line and missing simple tackles. Loves to give away soft penalties too.

Like Thirteen and some others have said, he can stay on 300k a year but he is not a marquee player for a club like Easts. He is never our worst player and will never cost you a game but due to his reputation and pay packet he must be judged harsher and therefore he can go if someone offers him more IMO. Get a cheap workhorse backrower or move Rads over to an edge and use the cap space for upgrades on players who actually break games open for us (Manu, Walker, JS)
