  • What a huge night Rd 25 could be!!!

First game at our new home, Cementing our spot in the top 8 and every chance knocking the vermin out of the top 8, the pleasure in the viewing of a distraught Latrell, Walker, Rusty and co dwelling on what could have been.

on the downside the reverse could play out

please don’t **** this up Easts

I have zero confidence we'd beat them in that scenario

Uncle Nick will ensure we win on the grand opening night of our new stadium!

I doubt Tom Burgess will be there after last night’s effort.

          It's a big game.
If we play like we did in losses to Melbourne and Penrith we'll beat them.
If we play like we did in the win over Manly we'll lose.

Really ? It wasn't even worthy of a send off. The winger for Manly tackle on Verrills was a lot worse

Huge occasion and I hope the hype doesn't overshadow the actual game itself..which it will of course..ah the joys of me not having a telly plugged in..I won't have to have any ads shoved in my face prior..This was ok though..Todd Carney at the 30 second mark...enjoy!

My thoughts: I would rather not have the pressure quite frankly notwithstanding I will be there. That night in 2020 still burns me.

Although having said that it’s about time our “luck” in milestone games changed.

Agree, they've touched us up big time the last couple of years & nothing this year suggests anything different.

Imagine opening the new stadium with a loss against them & missing out of the top 8.

It will be a massive night for the Roosters. The sweetest win since the 2018 GF. The chance to put the vermin out of the 8, to show Mitchell up for the fraud he is. Teddy and Manu, and Suaali and Keary will run riot, as well as JWH, Lodge, Collins, TKO, Rads, Angus, Sammy V and the 2 Butcher Boys. We could finish 5th, and play the vermin again the following week if they manage to finish 8th.... or Canberra.... doesn't matter either way. Roosters v Panthers GF...... revenge for 2003.
