Think the Walker incident is indicative of his standing in the club. They want him long term. Yeah maybe Rads and JWH could have been a bit more subdued but can also see the heat of battle. The play before was a kick that luckily got a repeat set i think but it was walkers 3rd or 4th spontaneous kick. Maybe the guys thought if they contained the egos of some past team mates then things could be different. Thinking Hastings and Mitchell. They got to a stage where egos could sink a ship. Walker has years to become a legend. The boys are just sending a reminder of playing as a team not the low percentage plays. Keeping the ego in check.

Not a great look from the guys, quite puzzling really.
It's a fine line for a half. You want him cheeky, calling the shots, taking risks , backing himself. Dont want that suppressed or second guessed.
Hopefully Robbo had a word to JWH and Vic too.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes and one of the traditions of the team is that a junior player is responsible for buying eskies for the team and this year the job has fallen to sam. what's the problem you ask? jwh hits the bloody thing so hard when he sings the team song that sam is out of pocket every week. sam complained and sure, in retrospect it would have been better if he'd just taken his medicine, but he's young and he'll learn

Farian gets sprayed like that by his centre back most weeks for not tracking back. Take it with a grain of salt mun. We’re best buddies by the time the beers roll on at full time.Exonerate the West Memphis Three - www.wm3.org

Seriously kidding himself.
He should be hauled up to the headmaster's office along with the two "filthy sprayers" he's applauding, and told.

What about, "over here Sam...you're playing well, no more short kicks though, for now"

I dunno...in terms of sprays, it happens all the time in all team sports. 99% of the time, it's not picked up by the cameras. But believe me it happens.
And Walker has infuriated me a couple of times when he kicked on the 2nd or 3rd tackle when possession was so scarce for us (due to dropped ball, 6A, penalties and bonehead plays from us).

The JWH-Radley-Walker thing might be something or nothing, I wouldn’t know. But (a) Radley’s sideline spray was mentioned here after the Manly game, then (b) this week the coach is being asked in the presser about another spray including Radley. Now we’re discussing it here in more detail, I am concerned it will become a talking point in the media heading into the finals. Whispers or outright headlines of team disunity is a distraction we don’t need right now. It’s a poor look and Robbo needs to stamp it out quick smart, no matter what the real story is.
