Do you think it's just a coincidence that Inglis plays sh*t for Souths but looks unstoppable when playing outside JT, Lockyer, Smith and Slater?
SKD 2010 is a prime example, he has talent.

I'm pretty sure Inglis can read defence, knows the art of tackling, draw and pass and set up tries.
There are many miles between Inglis and SKD when it comes to the complete footballer.

You are kidding coggy. SKD had potential 5 years ago. Two years ago he showed it was all an aberation. The guy is shit and whoever signed him up for 4 years should immediately resign and take him with him. He will never learn how to read defence and never learn how to tackle, pass the ball or hold onto the ball. Piss him off and cut our losses. Can't agree with getting rid of Pearce, Friend and BJ. The lack of team balance is affecting these guys. Our problem is lack of speed. 1-7 the Storm had it on us. Until we get speed in our back line we can't compete with most teams. SBW and Maloney wouldn't have made a difference today.

SKD is the only guy we have who can make a linebreak. A decent coach should be able to teach him positional defence. Pearce and Friend are rubbish. They continually stun the side with their innefectual decision making, I'm sick of them. Every time our side is named I look at it and cringe.

Did you see perrett stuff up a certain try when he only had 5 metres to run but no he trips over and stuffs it. 30 out of 32 wingers playing this week would have scored that. David Simmons might have dropped it. Heck, even Todd Bryne would have scored that.

But have you seen Inglis when he plays for Souths? When at centre he looks just as average as SKD.
Everyone was on SKD's knob in 2010, and he was making similar mistakes, but in 2010 we had the backline for him to make up for it.

I think the uniform answer is, first get rid of Anasta and Mini. Mini's turning into the Paul McCartney of football. Yes, he was in one of the greatest groups in football/music history and you were adored. But you've stayed around too long and any good will and respect you had from that time has been worn away by the embarrassments of the last few years.

Pearce, Anasta, Friend, Perret, Mini, FPN, Carney, Arona, Leilua. These players are all dead wood and need to be chopped from the club. Smith is a fruitloop and should go. We should give the coaching job to Taylor until Bellamy becomes available. We need to get Stewart to fb. We already have Maloney and SBW, so the team for next year is pretty settled. We should also look to buying a winger with potential and Everingham from Souths comes to mind. We have Moga and Tagive as well as Henry, Bosden, Mitchell, Guerra etc. We keep SKD, Cordner, Taikarangi, Tasi, JWH, Mose, Kennedy, Maubs and Mortimer as these players all have tremendous potential. The team as it is is a basket case and needs to cut it's losses, we also need a NEW board. ex players like Horrie, Ayliffe, Mcgahan, Tobin etc. We should also piss Newtown off and reinstate a bona fide Roosters reserve grade team. something drastic needs to be done. The performance today was gutless and made me ashamed to be a Roosters supporter.
