yep, he is at that. Double Bay residents up in arms over that & don't blame them as those 2 towers would stand out like a dunny in the desert! And there's numerous other companies Bouris is involved with along with his brother.Don't be afraid to step out in the rain. Take a chance. well I reckon Bouris should put his hands up and say
"I ****ed up, this is not for me."
Did the guy used to support the dogs??
If so,
like some new ex dogs looking for action from Nick Politis they should go back home.
Change footy clubs to become a rooster sycophant.

yes Melon it is.
For you and me and others who pour cash in to a club that I have fallen out of love with, it is.
Isnt it sad to say that I have fallen out of love with the joint.
I like you, am indifferent to our plight.
Having been involved with footy for about 8 years I just see so many glaring errors in man management that I am like a disallusioned parent that has a child with a drug problem.
You cant do anything much about it but wonder where it all went wrong.
You know on your site this year I cited we would get the spoon before a ball had been kicked. I have never done that before. Do you remember that??
Fred 68 will recall it. He had a go at me and later apologised.
I wonder who Fred is here??
And much to Chooks disappointment I aint into blowing my own trumpet. But surely in this environment it is the only way to show you have some insight into what the "real" problems are and how they need to be addressed.
Gary Wurth in his earlier post hit Freddy right on the head.
Is winning about knowing footy and formulating game plans?
Is it about tackle practice for 3 hours a week and video for 2 hours a week??
The funny thing about footy coaches is that they think they know better than the average guy. Yet the average guy has probably suffered way more than your average first garde coach. I sometimes think the poor results of some coaches are a means of self loath that some of the ex player type coaches are looking for. Narcissum only works for so long... and players ****ing hate it!
I see stupidity, poor communication, absent leadership and indifference as the main contributers to this all so obvious demise.
Its pathetic and its why I have lost interest.

Beautiful post Trew, I share your disillusion and the Club and the direction it has taken.
I used to go to most games, home and away - including interstate and overseas. Bought the merchandise, attended the corporate events etc. The Roosters were my favourite "charity". And for a middle class income earner with the usual obligation (mortgage, car etc), I had to make sacrifices to do it.
I hadn't been happy with many of the decisions the Club had made in recent years and the arrival of Mason was the final straw. I walked away from active involvement, financial and personal, with the Club when he arrived, not just because I despised the individual he is, but also as a protest to the Club at the direction it was heading, and the culture it was encouraging.
And the only way to effectively make a point is take away what the Club wants most - your money and your attendance.
And I have to say I don't regret that decision at all, especially considering what a rabble they have become.
I'll return to the games some time in the future, not sure when.
But I doubt I'll never have the same passion and commitment for the Roosters that I once did.
And I've lost a hell of a lot of respect for many involved in the Club that I used to like and admire.
I hate to admit it, but I bloody hope we win that wooden spoon this year, so that the Club has tangible evidence of how far it's fallen. And I'd be giving all players, coaches and management a red, white and blue one as a painful memory of what they've (not) achieved and how not to run a successful footy club.

I found an article which suggests the decision to hire Anderson was made by Politis and Gus (although that is not to say that Bouris or others may have been in his ear)
