Souffs are finding out that they really have no say ( despite how important they think they are) and its big brother making all the decisions.
Souffs signed an agreement to play at Homebush, and the politicians want them to honour that.
If Accor isn't used as Souffs home ground, who else is going to use it?
Sounds like a good outcome to me, Allianz will be for the Roosters use.
Can you imagine the scheduling problems and getting the 2023 draw sorted out, with both Souffs and Roosters at Allianz, plus other interested parties wanting to use that ground.?
The whole issue smacks of Souffs being the "spoilt child " syndrome to me.

Wasn't there an article earlier in the year with them crying poor that the NRL won't let them play home matches at Allianz Stadium?
Feels like they allowed it to get this far on purpose to attempt to back the NRL into a corner to get what they want.
Wouldn't be the first time this stain of a club pulled out dodgy practices to get their way

IMO we should haven't have to share a stadium that's clearly in our territory with our biggest rivals, it just makes no sense!!!
Give 'em ES Marks if they HAVE to be in the eastern suburbs (noting they'd consider Kensington, Maroubra, Randwick...etc to be 'south').

As a logical human it makes perfect sense Souths to play out of Allianz. It’s close to their base, most of their fans live in the area, and it’s a brand new stadium that deserves multiple NRL tenants.
as a roosters fan I hope they rot out at stadium australia.
