Yep, I also watched the Manly V Dogs game. I saw two great fullbacks who can break tackles and score tries from anywhere. When was the last time Mini broke a tackle and scored a try on his own?

Mini is good under the high ball and gives his all every game but the game has passed him by at fullback. It's the most important position on the field and you need a player who can take advantage of a broken field. Players like Bowen, Hoffman, Boyd, Morris, Hayne, Stewart, Locke, Dugan, Barba, Slater, Inglis, Gardner and Coote.

More than happy to have Mini for another year.

Yes he may not be the No 1 fullback going around, but his form so far this year has been outstanding. Was absolutely on fire against the Dragons, close to, if not best on field. What more do you want? Oh thats right he's the worst fullback in the comp.

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly some of our supporters want to pension of our club greats. It seems once you hit 30 at this club your considered past it. I remember the same thing happening with Fitzy a few years back.

I loved his run where he retrieved a kick then circled a few players and nearly burst through.. kind of similar to his memorable try on Anzac Day in 2003 or whatever. I reckon if he kept running around the last player instead running back into traffic he would have at least run another 30 or 40 metres. If this was in his peak he would have scored a length of the field try possibly but it was a great run nevertheless.
