Funny was just talking to our IT guy at work about him this week. He's a Kiwi and just randomly waved to him one day when he pulled up next to him at the lights and he got such a friendly hello back..today was a joy to watch...

On the coverage straight after the game Jared was doing some sort of face time call with a lady holding the phone on the field for quite a while, not a commercial interview it looked like a private thing. Even after all the interviews he was still doing it. Highly likely some type of good deed.

Im not at all disrespecting Lodge but he looked pregnant!

I say it day in, day out. there has not been as dominant prop in recent history. sure theres been a couple props that are better than him over the years, but they only last a couple of years. jwh is always in the top few of the game every year for well over a decade. I love him, couldnt ask nay more of him.

also the fact he is getting suaalii involved in leading the team songs is great for keeping suaalii around long term.

Just did a quick search to discover Jared has never won the prop of the year award. I know they don't mean anything, but gee that's stiff.
This guy is immense. He has been the best overall prop in the game for the last decade, and no other prop comes close. Just factoring in the consistency, the intimidation, the defensive work, longevity and intangibles he offers. Never seems to get quite as much recognition as he deserves.
