Plus we have 3 great jumpers in our wingers and Manu contesting for the ball. We are a decent chance.

No Problem with the short drops outs and kickoffs

I would like to see them use the Mick Cronin dribble type kick off and also drill the ball at the sideline and the Rugby short kick off.

Drop outs can be short ones/and or drill them at the side line and even the fake short one and they go long instead

Mixing it up is the key

Kicking off short after the opposition has just scored is like chipping and chasing out of your own 20

You make it a contest though - a game last year I made the point of using the short kick off was the Titans vs Manly game - Titans led 24-6 at half and in the second half Manly went on a scoring spree - when the score was 52-24 the Titans then decided to do a short kick off - Vautin was commentating the game and said the same thing I was thinking - why do it then should have done much much earlier.- that will do me

If a team is scoring like the above you have to change it up as why continue kicking off long

The midfield bomb might make a comeback....

The bomb near the posts should make a comeback - they kick them for the wingers out wide why not near the posts - Fullbacks defend in the line in the twenty and not as a second line of defence anymore or in goal near the posts and players around the middle are usually the props and dummy halves.

The Roosters have Toops and Suaalii for the out wide bombs and could have Manu/Tedesco for the bombs near the posts/in goal area near the posts
