I think any tries scored out wide should be converted from 10 in from touch. A lot of the girls just struggle with the distance and have to kick the hell out of the ball at the loss of accuracy.

Great game to watch though and a cracking start of the season for the ladies.

If you want to watch really dud dee, catch a Jersey Flegg game. The girls kill it.

I used to call it Jersey Flogg..I'd be walking around the stadium on my way to our seats, stop off to say hello to people etc..and 20 points would be racked up before we'd even sit down..

Impressive start to the year by the Premiers. Gotta give credit to the Stranger and coaching staff moulding a new squad together so quickly. All players did their job, and loved the crisp passing and direct running. It will take a decent shove to beat them this comp.

A mention to two lesser heralded players. The new winger Fressard was faultless and good on her feet. And the big prop Hill-Moana really laid a strong platform in the middle, great in defence esp.

And what a coup signing Sammy Bremner. Quality.

lot of great performances - power was huge and i thought joseph worked really hard (hannah who?). temara's first kick at goal was no good but after that she hit the ball sweetly and will knock a few over before the season's over.

Fox also mentioned how advanced the Roosters training program is in terms of tailoring the sessions to each individual player based on their own personal circumstances. It's really paying off..here's to B2B Premiers...again...

Fullback is a graceful mover with a terrific left foot and ball skills, looks like a very good footy player.
