That was magnificent from Sammy Walker.
luke phillips
james maloney
Latrell Mitchell (developed over time)
but 100% agree on young Sam

Keary is the key, he was brilliant tonight and made in game corrections to our attack that I think will be glossed over in such a commanding and convincing performance.
Very happy to see Nat Butcher get his moment in the light too.

This is a game to fine tune some combinations. A good warm up game for the next 6 weeks of footy to follow. Against this mob we would really need to win by 80 to make any sort of statement. And even then, it’s only The Tigers.
Farewell to the SCG. It’s been great visiting despite not being able to see much. It was good to remain in our heartland.
GO ROOSTERS!

They did look side to side at times but I feel they were trying build ascendancy and possession and as a result kept forcing repeats sets which resulted in the Tigers getting tired out and finally conceding a try.
Just my opinion.
I thought it was the Chooks Landing the game plan.
I do agree with you however that Keary is definitely the key and we do look lost a little without him.
Very underrated player.

Yep. Put pressure on. Controlled the footy. Tired out the Tigers, and the floodgates opened. Obviously against a better team it won’t be as easy but still good to see them stick to itEASTS TO WIN!

Storm and Rabbitohs in the last 2 weeks will be a real good test to see where we are at. Combined we are 1 win from our last 10 against the Rabbitohs & Storm.

I think Robbo lays out the plan and then let's luke with the football smarts execute the plan. I think going wide for the first 10 minutes s the plan as it then sets up Luke to change the attack to more straight when he reads the opposition setting up for the wide defensive plays. So yes I agree Luke is the key to implementing the Robbo plan as the game evolves....

I don’t want to put a dampener on a great evening, old boys night, a fitting farewell to the SCG etc BUT tigers are rotten to the core. Douehi was exposed majorly, missing his assignment all night long and he’s been on of their best of late. I hope this win doesn’t give us false hope. We have to be better. 4 x drop balls from kicks off will not fly against Melbourne. They’ll put away 2-3 tries to say thank you for the leg ups. We have experienced players returning next week. I don’t see how Egan makes the 17. Anyone not meeting finals footy standards can watch from the grandstands. I trust Robbo to field players here on in to play finals style footy from Friday night onwards who can cut out basic errors
