Otherwise, the only other change I'd suggest for Keggs team is to possibly split Jazz and Lodge so that one of them is always on the field. I'd maybe start Jazz & Collins and have Lodge & SST off the bench.

Also, for those who don't watch the games, although NAS has been named at prop he has recently been playing right side back row, causing a fair bit of damage running wide. It is a ploy we will need have a plan for, as he will be running at Keary, so Gus will need to be on his game. I'd be making sure one of our middles is also close on hand to add a bigger body to the tackles.
Yeh he's playing wider to reduce the defence and up and back fatigue associated with playing in the middle.

Usually plays 40 to 50 when in in the middle but with the change in playing wider he is now playing 65 to 70 minutes

      I agree with the team
Lodge starts because you want a fast start , and you want to dominate from the opening whistle.
The debate comes down to the bench - Hutch (utility value, in case someone goes down )
Or Egan, because you want a fast forward, with leg speed.
Leave it up to the coach to decide.

Hutch misses out if that squad is available for selection

This place would go ballistic if Momo gets a start and then proceeds to miss 3 tackles that lead to match winning tries.

I'd be part of the riot.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Both Watson and Egan have been terrific for us in the middle and have basically been playing as our front rowers when JWH and Lodge have been given a spell but if Tauks and Collins come back into the 17 then I can see Robbo going with Hutch rather than Egan on the bench with his versatility to cover more positions in case of injuries or HIA.
Would be tough on Egan as i have a huge opinion of him and i think he has a massive future.

Hutch needs to be there. He’s the closest thing to Aubo since Aubo.

Yes with one change. Momo in for Gildart.

That squad wins the comp, or at the least plays Penrith in the big one.

I'm envious of those who took the generous odds on offer earlier in the year.

Lodge and JWH have this "bash brothers" connection going on right now so I agree ... they need to stick together and be on the field at the same time. It wouldn't be wise to split them up.

Collins and SST are also a formidable pair and would be awesome coming off the bench together after the two big mongrels (JWH and Lodge) set the tone
