Radley gets smacked in the face in the first half and all we get is a penalty. The cat didn't even get put on report or binned (ok, I know he was falling).
Dumb ref awards the Storm a try but the bunker says, no you're wrong.
Easts score a try, the dumb ref says no try, the bunker says, no you're wrong (as usual).
Every single tackle the Storm was trying to rip the ball out or rip heads off their opponents. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
When is the NRL going to wake up to the Storm's dirty tactics?
Dont worry about Munster mate the Chooks gave as good as they got.
The dirtiest team won the game & let’s hope the Roosters play like that again against Souths.

1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Same happened when Hess clobbered that Souffs cat. The rule seems to be that if you lie down and feign injury then it's a penalty. Doesn't matter whether the act itself was legal or not.

I'm glad they actually don't do it, though. We're not a team of pussies.

Tallis is probably ok with it. Dope
I dunno! Boycotting a whole press conference because you're bitter as fark about the result and elbowing a youngster in his 2nd full season who just took away your pride/glory by preventing an almost certain try against any other team is fine.
Apparently the absolute worst incident in that game was Collins coming into a tackle as 3rd man. I get that hip drops are a topical issue but IMO his tackle wasn't 'THE' example of a horrible hip drop.
I hope their overly harsh grading comes back to bite 'em in the bum when his defence team says 'a grade 3 is taking out their knees and using your body to crush them as they go down... this is not that, thus no grade 3 offence was committed. I choose not to argue whether it was a grade 1 or 2 because that's not the charge that I'm defending. Thank you, idiots!' Oh look... I just let Jizzy in with his evidence against Munster as he was politely waiting outside NRL HQ as I was leaving... hey mate, how ya going?'

One thing that I think separated us from the Drizz was that we always gave it a go in defence. Walker COULD have put his arms up and claimed that Munster kept running behind Karma Chameleon as an old fashioned shepherd. Instead he was like 'I AM GONNA TACKLE THAT CARNT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE!!!' By doing so, he created a situation where Munster lost his head and shoulda been sent to the bin. Whether the refs do it or not, IMO having a Munster / NAS on the field that's clouded by emotion is more of a burden than a benefit. Hence why Bellamy rested NAS... IMO to say 'cool the fark down, you shoulda been sin-binned for that you IDIOT!!!'
Love to hear what sorta tanty Bellamy had after the game. Bet he smashed shyte, yelled at people and was completely unprofessional. Billy Slater did coverage of OUR changeroom I noticed (with me being like 'eeeerm... you're not actually welcome here... MATE!') IMO he was instructed by Bellamy not to go anywhere near the changeroom as shyte was going down. Hope his mood/unprofessionalism has broken the Drizz for the season.Last edited by ism22; 08-28-2022, 02:36 PM.

Lashes out when losing and a smart arse when winning. He doesnt drink no more and hes still a dickhead
If he can't hold his drink then blaming the drink rather than his own personality/attitude is a cop-out I reckon.
My drunkest moments involve sitting around in Japanese bars... being at peace, having philosophical chats with people, telling everybody they're awesome and being overly polite/generous (e.g. buying rounds, holding doors for people and bowing to everybody while complimenting all the good things I can think of about them and being all chilled out about life). Not... starting fights, insulting/degrading people, being a smart@rse, driving recklessly, groping women...etc. I feel that people who do that while drunk woulda done that anyway when sober.
Dare I say 'off the drink' probably means 'off the coke' in his case anyway.
