souffs have one style on eplay as you know its ru and kick to the right stretch them then swift hands to the left or up middle offload then left again.
Apart from your basic defence .You have to invent the wheel again.
So heres my tip Robbo rearrange the defence when the scene is set and loop the defense..you will know what I mean .

If Sutton or Cummins are officiating whenever they need one.

If Souffs play like they did against the Cows then IMO the Cows/Souffs are same-same. I'm not scared of that, even with players out. We're the stronger and smarter team...

My only worry is if it turns into an emotional slugfest where only we get penalised, they're getting away with intentionally injuring our players (plus spoiling the ball...etc) and we end up with 1/2 our team in the bin (like the Cows did due to absolute bollocks) then Souffs will win by a lot.

Don't have any solutions for the latter other than to just hook JWH, Keary, Walker and Manu/Sua'ali'i to make sure they're available next week no matter what.

They have has the wood on us for the last couple of years. Need to not let Cody & Cheeseburger Mitchell get under our skin.

Having said that, would be happy for younger Joseph to take it right to Latrell for the whole 80mins

Souths were unimpressive V Cowboys. Latrell was much quieter than usual but Cody was his live wire self. It's a good team though and that left side is lethal 20m out.

Let's hope that opportunities don't go Mitchell's way because if they do.....who knows?

They get us out wide all the time. Alex Johnson has had a picnic against us of late.

no tries from their famed left side. doesn't mean they won't be trying next week but if we can hold them again we'll go alright

They were down on troops but so were we. Different game next week IMO.

Great finishing ahead of Souffs on the ladder though! Remember when people were saying the were the form team of the comp? LOLz...

Side note... we've now beaten the Dragons (who were top-8), Drongos (who were the 'form team'... backed to finish top-4), Cows (#2 for most of the season), Souffs (another 'the form team') and Drizz (who were a certain top-4 finisher until they lost to us and Parra).

To those saying our run is against shyte teams, I respectfully disagree. We woulda missed the 8 if we didn't win every single game.

A hell of a turnaround alright and Lodge has been enormous, pivotal. I doubt that the side would be cruisin' in the same way without him. Other sides' forwards visibly lift when he's off the field and when he's on it, the other Rooster middles present seem inspired. It's a dynamite pack with him there.

                            Absolutely.

Can’t believe how well he has fitted in and what he has added to our chances.

Doesn't seem to get knocked around by the refs either? He's surprised me in many ways. Dunno if it's his centre of gravity or whatever, but his sackling technique seems really solid.

If we win a premiership, I reckon opposition fans will all be heckling that it's unfair we were allowed to sign him after he got a $700k pay-out

If they are hating, we are winning.
