Calm down. He got he notice after the match. It's only just hitting the media now.
I noticed it at the time and thought to myself that he'll have to be careful with that. It's not a good practice, and I've seen a few guys over the years penalised for it, and injured by it.
I asked them about Munster not being charged and all they said was 'Graham addressed this in his speech, see the link'.
Following this I've asked them why they didn't follow the usual procedure of charging a player, letting the judiciary decide and (if need be) sending a follow-up letter (which they've only ever done once). Crickets.
