There is a reason a torn calf could be confused with an Achilles tendon tear or rupture as per the following
A torn calf muscle (gastrocnemius) is similar to an Achilles tendon tear or rupture, but occurs higher up in the back of the leg. A sign of a torn calf muscle is similar to that of an Achilles tendon rupture.
Of course scans will diagnose the grade- Grade 1. A mild or partial stretch or tearing of a few muscle fibers. The muscle is tender and painful, but maintains its normal strength. - recovery time - 2 to 4 week
- Grade 2. A moderate stretch or tearing of more muscle fibers. The muscle is more tender, and there is pain - recovery time - 4 to 8 weeks
- Grade 3. A severe tear of the muscle fibers - recovery time - 3 to 4 months as it often requires surgery

Of course I'd rather have Manu playing right centre as he is irreplaceable but I don't think Momirovski is that bad of a replacement to be honest. Pretty great that we have the depth of having a legit premiership winning centre ready to come in and play, I thought he was really good last night also.
Also, Suaalii's prefered position is centre, isn't it? Do we risk him at centre in such a big game or keep him on the wing?
1. Tedesco 2. Tupou 3. Hutchison 4. Momirovski 5. Suaalii
Doesn't seem too bad. However...
1. Tedesco 2. Naiquama 3. Hutchison 4. Momirovski 5. Suaalii
Kind of does...
