I think what Solly and the vermnites fail to see in all this is it’s Latrell’s behaviour towards Joey which has caused all this Rooster animosity towards him. It’s not the fact he joined them or he smashed Joey’s face, it was the lack of care he showed afterwards for Joey and not taking responsibility for his actions. The turning himself into the victim as a way of trying to mitigate and absolve himself of the blame for something he actually did and created. Unfortunately there are people like this in the world who think that just because they do good things, these good things should absolve them of the times they do the wrong thing. One of my former bosses was exactly like this. Latrell was a big part of our B2B premierships but his actions and words and his ignoring of what the Roosters did for him, and his manoeuvring to always make himself the victim wears very, very thin. The worse part with all this is he can get away with it because he’s a brilliant player and his club don’t want to lose or upset him and the media and NRL need him because he puts bums on seats and gets viewers to watch.

It’s sad and pathetic really and as I said previously I usually don’t like booing but unfortunately it was the only way roosters fans can make our feelings of disappointment in Latrell’s behaviour and actions known to him. Pity he just chooses to ignore it though and only focuses on how good a player he is and how good his new home is.

Totally agree with this mate. Players come and go. We can accept that. But it was his total lack of remorse for breaking Manu's face that irks us. As for Solly, he shouldn't be worried about us...he should be more worried about their internal divisions. He should be looking over his shoulder. I can't see him surviving much longer at Souths.

At around the 70 minute mark the ref made a huge mistake, and seems that TV commentators and the bunker missed it. Mitchell put his hand on the ball in the ruck and the ref penalised him and sent him to the bin. Ref should have played advantage - the dummy half (No 21 Gildart) picked the ball up cleanly and placed it over the line scoring a try. It should have been play on at that stage with the sin binning coming later.

Not really - he sees the indiscretion and blows the penalty- by that stage yes Gildart has picked the ball up from DH however he hasn't started running it's only after the whistle has blow that starts to run and he scores the try.

I loved Ron Miller and Larry O Day more than Batman and Robin. Spiros Arion and Mark Lewin a close second.

My uncle was an unabashed fan of Australia wrestling, especially the Barnett stuff. He followed Jim Barnett's move to U.S. and that's how I got into wrestling. I didn't watch old WWF until the WWE Network started but always saw the tapes my uncle was sent.
