honestly the way this code treats its most dedicates fans has me questioning whether I’ll spend a cent on this bullshit next year.
from our jersey supplier just straight up not making any 2022 jerseys, to the season ticket allocation debacle, to this crap, I see just no benefit being a member
Penrith's ground capacity is 22,500 so be a stack of Penrith and Parra fans missing out on tickets
Shark Park under construction is 10 to 11,000- 22,000 when it's finished- ditto above
Compared to
Accor - 83,500
Alliance - 45,500
The NRL run the finals series and I understand keep the gate money as well so if so they are losing a stack of revenue

I am in Bay 228.
I hope that still offers a decent view of the game."The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

I swear it said Roosters Supporters when I clicked the link but landed in Bay 31 which turns out a Souths supporters bay. If it's too Souths heavy I'll just watch from the back of the ground tier seats, like I did for 2nd half in Fridays game. Might even be fun to absorb their disappointment.
Anywhere but those top tier seats..aargh.
It will be a real mix of Supporters across the stadium from both teams unfortunately with the Ticketek stuff up. And Souths fans ended up using our codes to access the site anyway.
Should be fun either way.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

TBH it's a confusing process because I used the code then selected 'tier 1'. The 'Roosters Supporter' tickets were ~$30 and I presume are behind the goalposts (but in a Roosters section). So...
It's a little bit of a worry that the 'code' is not really a 'code'. That is, based on the Easts ticketed members code I am fairly confident that I coulda guessed the Souffs 'code' if I really wanted to. HOPEFULLY... a bunch of Souffs supporters didn't see 'code rejected' and then change 1 word to buy tickets in Easts' bays.
IMO it really is pretty ghetto. Ticketek SHOULD have a system of generating random, single-use codes for each member and dishing them out to everybody on the members' mailing list. Just saying.
More dangerously... scalper bots coulda guessed the code within split-seconds. Sigh.

I think all first round finals should be at whoever’s home ground that finishes higher. Love how the NRL give up money for once which is unusual as most other codes go to the biggest ground in their city. It should go to members only 1st & if not sold then filter down, but I see it as a great reward for the real fans over the ones that just rock up for a final to claim glory.

I'll be spending the night in Sydney and then driving home the next morning. Will probably find a watering hole after the game and see how it goes.
Open to options if anybody's organising a piss-up.

Frustrated as hell, was set to seats in bay 13 but as per usual Ticketek became incompetent at the time so could not buy them - went to work and now I have managed to secure some seats in bay 37 on the corner.
Will be different but I am happy I’m there either way to cheer the boys on.
