There was a minimum of 70,000 Roosters fans at that game and it felt like the whole stadium booed Slater it was awesome. Daly Cherry Evans getting booed when announced as the Churchill medal winner in 2013 was very loud as well.

But he never crapped on his old club after leaving, so in fact quite a few cheered him when coming out to warm up for the eels. But Latrell hasn't been to shy in putting crap on his old club, hence the reaction from our supporters.

Latrell doesn't remember the club that developed him as a junior, or the club that he won 2 premierships at.
He forgets the disdain in treating the club, Robbo and Nick, when he left.
He forgets that he publicly stated that he destroyed all his Rosters possessions and anything to do with the club.
He forgets that he kicked players in the face and broke their jaw. He forgets that he hit Joey Manu in the head, and broke his face.
And he did all of this, without showing any remorse.
Everyone knows he is modifying his actions this year, only because the whole NRL is watching him, and know what he is really like.
