We don't have a big 3, which isto say we do not have 3 players in our side capable of carrying us to a win on their own backs. For us to win a game the majority of the team has to play well, or in the case of the canberra game the majority of the team has to outplay their opposite number.

If I were to pick the 3 most critical players in our team, I suppose they would be Pearce, Friend and Mini. I don't rate these guys as our best players or game breakers, in fact all 3 are far from it. However they are the most critical because if 1 of these guys has a shocker, it will have a hugely negative effect across the park. If 2 of them play badly, we will likely lose. If all 3 play badly, we'll get smashed.

Our best players would be Maubs, JWH and SKD. In that order. However these 3 play in passive positions in which they rely on their half, hooker or fullback to feed them good ball in order to have an impact.

Completely agree mate.

He is a tackling bag, and that's about it. What's more he is an ineffective tackling bag. Makes first contact and just gets driven back till help arrives.

He is a stats man. Someone you want in your fantasy side but wouldn't even enter the conversation if building an actual team
