yea i agree, souffs will flog em, then theyll get smacked senseless by the panfas. deep down i suspect if we had won sunday, the same fate would await us, get through sharks comfortably, and just when everyone was annointing us title certainties we'd get absolutely butt raped by penrith.

No it wasn't premeditated. To be premeditated is to flirt with danger to get sent off & then your team is definitely screwed. There's no safe or smart way to do head high tackles.

Burgess & Milne are hotheads in their team like JWH & Radley are in ours.

The NRL is run by amateurs. That tackle on Teddy last year would have been a send off but all of a sudden its back to normal programming. There's got to be a rule if a player is ruled out for the rest of the game from a high shot then the perpetrator comes off too, effectively still 13 on the field but then only 3 reserves.

Plenty and if it’s accidental, no time served, which is exactly my point. If it’s deemed illegal play, the offender should serve the same time as their victim.

Souths did 4 head high tackles of which 3 were sin binned during that game, it looked like a bit of a pattern to me.

Injuries didn't play any part in that bog average 10min when we had 13 v 11. It was the dumbest 10min I've ever seen with dropped balls, 6 agains & penalties.

Lots of media about last Sundays game, however the little I’ve read did not fully name the officials just referencing the bunker and ref and not by name.
Sutton in the bunker colluding with Klein the Klown was always going to be tough. Our win record with Klein is actually not bad however the against penalty counts telling and what he has given that low despicable club.

My biggest frustration about the situation is that ignoring any claims about the quality of the refs (or Souffs cheating...etc), we didn't get to play with a proper team.

The following all ruined our team:

- Manu and Collins being out.

- The injuries to Teddy and Crichton that rubbed them out of the game forcing significant positional shifts that we lacked the depth to adequately cover.

- Not being given Keighran. Not saying we woulda won with him but an extra centre woulda helped.

- Toops going down (plus JWH and Walker playing injured).

IMO our team is a LOT better than what we were able to field last week whereas Souffs were full-strength. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth because I think we have way more potential as a squad, but injuries and suspensions have yet again fouled our chances of showing what we're capable of.

Souths have had our measure for a while now, they handle the occasion better.
Robbo can't seem to put a lid on the emotion.
it's easy for souths they bait the chooks who swallow the hook , then they get back to playing footy while the Rooster can't unruffle there own feathers.
It's getting almost impossible to watch these games
