Being recognised by your peers is the best compliment any professional can hope for. Tedesco, Manu, Toupo and Suallii have all being named by their peers as in the best team of the year.
This will only reinforce how damn unlucky we were and what might’ve been with Teddy not put out of the game illegally, Toupo not being 100% , Manu not getting injured the week before and Crighton not knocked out of the game.
C’est La vie, bring on 2023.

Too much focus on that other team on the wrong side of Anzac Parade - Treat them and games against them the same as any other team - there are 15 other teams other than that team to worry about in 2023.

Nah nah I love it when the Chooks fire up against Souths.
The Chooks smashed them the week before with a full strength team.
Trust me if the Chooks are at full strength they can beat them all. It was just bad luck to have 5 top liners out but thats footy.

In what way?
Injuries happen no matter how smart you are so the season is all about luck.
The Roosters have a very good top 17 & can beat any team when at full strength.
You would have to say Penrith are a lucky team when it comes to injuries.
