Brandon Smith will start training mid /late January 2023 as will most players involved in the RLWC - The 2023 comp is scheduled to start Thursday 2nd March 2023.
RLWC is from Sat, 15 Oct 2022 – Sat, 19 Nov 2022
Looking more likely they will scrap the Friday Night 6:00 pm game and move this to Sunday 6:00pm for certain weeks - i.e the SOO period for an example
so some weeks it will be
1 game on Thurday
1 game on Friday
3 games on Saturday
3 games on Sunday
Dude: 'oh yeah I've smoked lotsa different cigars and durries... I'm really good at smoking, which makes me really cool and you shyte because you don't smoke'
Me: 'have you ever tried a blue vein cigar?!?'
Dude: 'oh yeah of course!!! I suck them hard, like a durry... no need to just bum puff them like a pussy...'
With the Cheese at hooker, the Roosters will be tougher in the forwards, more imposing in defence.
But don't be surprised to see the attack suffer with Verrills gone.
Sam was fast out of dummy half, and exploited the quick play the ball
It might take Robinson more than half a season to get the attack ironed out.
It will be interesting to see who gets the round 1 bye - That team will have an extra week of pre-season as with the RLWC it's going to be a rather short pre-season for RLWC players returning to pre-season training mid /late January and with teams playing at least 2 trials in February.
Last round bye too may give that team a leg up if playing finals - They bang about the benefits of a week off - may work the other way as well if top 4 and they win that first week as by week 3 they would have played only 1 game in a month.
Sure it worked for Penrith so far in resting their players in the last round but would it work for any other team?
he's an exciting prospect. if lodge re-signs we'll have the best front row in the comp
Oh maaaaate!!! How intimidating ay?
8. JWH - niggling at everybody's bits like a rat does cheese
9. Cheese - constantly baiting all the vermin
10. Lodge/Collins - doing their classic "farkin' go son!!!" runs down the middle through the Redfern Cook and other grubs who should be locked up before they misbehave.
