I said he sort of reminds me of Robbo in the sense of his calmness & that he talks intelligently. I dont know if he will have success or not which will mean if he is good or not but I hope he gets Manly competitive.

Flying a rainbow flag from a pole atop a grandstand is very different from making players wear a rainbow jersey.

We had this in the Department I work in when they brought in the mandatory double vaccinations requirements for all employees ( Public Health Order and Secretary's discretion) - Folk had their employment terminated for refusing to be doubled vaxed citing religious beliefs for not doing so.

The NSWIRC although understanding and sympathetic to their religious belief's ruled in the employers favour in these unfair dismissal cases on the basis that it was a lawful and reasonable decision/direction by the employer that employees be double vaxed.

How many employers consult with employees on anything and everything before they make any decisions though? - In the Public Sector which is far more unionised than the private sector there is considerable consultation with the various unions but in the end the employer will make the final decision or the NSWIRC will arbitrate in relation to disputes where conciliation has failed.

It has to be noted though that Penrith has a large contingent of Polynesian background players and Penrith often wears a Pink jumper a colour that was and I assume still is associated with LGBTQIA community - They don't boycott games.

Manly didn’t even let the nrl know they were going to use it in womens round. It was poorly done by the club.

My understanding of the Penrith pink jumper is to do with their sponsor OAK. Its flavored milk which pink is the strawberry milk & the dark jumper they wear is for chocolate.
Just my opinion Salvo but I believe the NRL is inclusive of everybody so I don’t know why this LGBTIQ+ had to have a special day of an NRL game to fly their flag.
Me personally Salvo I don’t care about race, religion or sexuality when I meet someone, it has no impact on whether or not I like them or not.
