Although I hate the last game against Souths bullshit. Finals come one week early for us every year.

Not that a previous season is any indication on how all sides will go in the following season but the Roosters have the 8th best draw
ROOSTERS (8th)
Games played against
Top eight: 11
Top four: 6
Bottom eight: 11
Bottom four: 5
Who they play twice: Warriors, Manly, Parramatta, Penrith, St George Illawarra, Melbourne, South Sydney, Dolphins
Analysis: The Roosters play an even share of 11 games each against top eight and bottom eight sides. They play six matches against top four teams, but the equal second fewest matches against bottom four teams with five. The Tri-colours play four top eight teams twice in the Eels, Panthers, Storm and Rabbitohs.

Playing Souths in the last round does neither team any favours. It's a Channel 9 game. Roll out all the pre-fab 'oldest rivalry in league' nonsense. We both belt each other into oblivion. The back to back slug fest probably did as much to ruin Souths chances as it certainly screwed ours. Although Moses Leota's hit on Trell must have counted for something.
