I have heard that Morley is coming back for one season next year and will be captain.

Personally I think it is a stupid decision.

It's bad enough that we have had to carry Minichiello because of some fond memories from a decade ago.

Morley is 300 years old and has been playing like a busted.

Also, he will keep a good young player out.

I love Moz as much as you do mate and that said you are spot-on here.

Mozz should've been made captain when Freddo retired instead of the token Ricko year. It's something that always irritated me at the time.

IMO Maubs is the only candidate we have for the big C job.

Bring Mozz back for a season by all means, off the bench and at training he'd be an inspiration, but not a token year of captaincy. He wouldn't spend more than 30 mins on the field a game in all honesty.

I'm in the "YES TO MOZZ' camp..

He is exactly what JWH,MK & Tasi need to finish their Phd's in Front Row play..

40 minutes of quality a game is all we'd need,as MK looks like he is a big minutes player,& JWH is spending more minutes out there too..Tasi too has a big motor..

I see MK as our long term captain,but feel he is 12 months off needing that responsibility,so a 1 year deal for Mozz makes perfect sense..

Mozz is also a big enough man not to come back to the game if his body is not up to it..The guy is a true pro,who would never let his ego get in the way of the club succeeding..

Agree. By all means put him on the coaching staff to fire up those forwards. But no, the game is too fast now to be handing out the token captaincy because of sentiment.
