Has got to be one of the most damaging, powerful ball runners in our game… making post contact meters at will while burgess and the other big English prop Hill hanging onto him for dear life…

Man it excites me for next season.. you can see his confidence growing.

should have won MOTM for Samoa today instead of Luai. Lafai was a close 2nd

IMO it's massive that he's selected at FB in a team that includes To'o, Crichton and May. Shows where he sits not only amongst the best team in the comp for the past 2 seasons but also where he sits amongst his fellow men of Samoan heritage.

To me for somebody his age to walk right in as their FB and make 245 running metres with one error against England (who were in front of a home crowd and woulda had way more $$$ put into their coaching/prep...etc) shows he's got a serious pair of cojones!

        So proud of him!

I hope he stays on the wing for a few years.

          It's his best position.

Even though they are slightly different styles of players, Sualli's trajectory - the pace at which he has improved and how comfortable he is at a young age - reminds me exactly of Greg Inglis.

I've got no doubt by the end of his career he'll be held in the same esteem, as long as he gets lucky with injury and/or doesn't go off and waste his time in Rugby.

The personnel crunch that is coming down the line soon: having to deal with the Teddy-Manu-Suallii situation...is going to be a massive headache for us. Someone is going to throw money at him we can't match unless we make space.

After last night's Aus v Ita result, no amount of money would draw me to that god awful game that will hopefully be bankrupt by 2024.

1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

This, I can’t see how we hold on to all 3 after 2023.

If we cant hold all 3 then I think it will be Teddy that goes.

Crazy how good our FB stocks are atm. We had the starting FB in 3 out of 4 sides left in the World Cup this weekend.

Teddy will be with us until the day he retires. Zero chance Nick would ever move him on

If there was no Rugby there would be no Rugby League though - Rugby is in the Top 10 for most popular Sports and they do have a legitimate World Cup one has to say.

Rugby League is more of a chance of going bankrupt or becoming an even more irrelevant minor sport world wide one has to honestly say - they certainly need England/Great Britain to be more competitive and continue to be so - France who knows if they will get better - New Zealand and Australia will continue to be up there- PNG will be competitive up until when playing Tier 1 Nations.

Hanging on just at the moment with Tonga and Samoa being competitive but how long will that last once these current crop of players hang their boots up.

It will also be interesting to see what happens to Tonga/Samoa/Cook Islands and Fiji for instance in the generations to come though - currently able to field teams under the parents/grandparents rules.

They will more than likely have to change that to Great Grandparents /Great Great Grandparents for Tonga/Samoa/Cook Islands/Fiji to field competitive sides in the RLWC into the future

The Population of these Countries Tonga 108k / Samoa 210k / Cook Islands 17k / Fiji 912k does not indicate that the game would be able to go through any real growth in those countries and the ship has well and truly sailed on the US.

Rugby is the number 1 Football code in those countries as it is in New Zealand and is Second to Football in the UK. The Only Country where Rugby League is the National Sport is PNG - 9.3 Mill - can you see them ever winning a RLWC?

League isn't number 1 in Australia either - Football and AFL are 1 and 2 in the Football code stakes
