We differ in our thinking mate which is fine.
Ive been watching Latrell since SG Ball when he single handily won the GF for the Roosters SG Ball team when they were 20 behind.
If Latrell was still at the Chooks you wouldnt be bagging him. Other than playing FG JS has achieved nothing compared to Latrell BUT HOPEFULLY OVER THE NEXT YEAR BEFOR HE GOES TO UNION HE DOES.
See we differ because I dont hate players who dont play for the Chooks or players who leave the Chooks, I like top players no matter who they play for.

Good morning. Yes i agree it's fine for us to differ in our thinking. My comment was based on comparing the two players on their performances in NRL first grade at the same age, as well as their personalities, work ethic, attitude and potential. In all these areas JS is far superior to LM.
I don't hate anyone who doesn't play for the Roosters, but in LM's case I do hate him for being a big headed dog shotting loudmouth crybaby. Even when he did play for the Roosters he was never a team player, always lazy, a liability in defence.
I understand LM has size, strength and athleticism which has got him through so far, but I don't think he has the mental fortitude, or strength of character to make it as a long term star in NRL. I don't think he will ever be captain material, I don't think he will ever be a fullback for NSW or Australia, and I don't think he will come back after any serious injury.

I think it's fair to say that Sua'ali'i woulda been picked for the Kangaroos during the World Cup if he hadn't opted to play for Samoa (where he made it to the grand final, a solid achievement).

He doesn't have 2 premierships but IMO he's on track to play Origin, play for the kangaroos and very much be a superstar player.

Are we saying Fergo's the better player because he's achieved pretty much everything that 'Trell Mitt has achieved? Not bagging Fergo BTW but I think it's a matter of perspective. Lotsa players have achieved more than Sua'ali'i but I know who I'd prefer to have in our team...

Suaalii is not a FB in my eyes, he’s like Latrell he’s to big & not nimble enough like Teddy & to a lesser degree Manu.
I think Suaalii needs to play centre & play a power game be a X factor strike centre.
In regards to Teddy I don’t think the Chooks should rush to re-sign him at this stage, he’s got another 2 year contract & I think after that his best footy is behind him but if he’s still playing at a 9 out 10 level then the Chooks should just sign him on a year to year basis. The Chooks have looked after him & will continue to look after him. I can see him finishing his career at the Catalans.
On Manu I think his best position is also centre but he would also be a very good replacement for Teddy.
Who will take over from Keary Im not sure so it’s a wait & see for me, Burton would be who I would go after.
Does anyone know if Burtons contract at the dogs finishes when Kearys contract finishes at the Chooks?

Can't give you 100% on this one. Mitchell will only achieve more publicity. That's where it ends for him. He'll get fatter and slower and angrier as time marches on.

Teddy is the best player in the NRL, captain for Club, State and Country, we should sign him up for life, which is probably another 5 or 6 years since he turns 30 in January next year.
I would hate him to have to play for another club, I can't see him wanting to finish his career in England.... he is too good for that.
Hopefully he will go down the same road as Freddy and be with us for his final NRL game.
I think he will take unders to stay with us, I don't think he wants to leave.
