Sam Verrills injured again

Poor old Sammy Verrills has reportedly suffered a shoulder injury that requires surgery to clean up and will miss the next couple of months of training with the Titans but should be right for the start of the season.

The Titans just did a transfer with Newcastle and picked up Chris Randall there back up hooker to Brailey. This may mean Sam's injury is quite serious or it could be a concern throughtout the year and quality back up is required.

Very astute decision by the club to chase the Cheese at Sams expense. The cheese just getting on the park will be an improvement no matter how well he plays.
Hopefully the club now takes the same direction with Quentin Kenihan.

Poor Sammy.

It’s hard to know if he’s made of glass or just desperately unlucky. All of his injuries are so different and so random. From ACLs to broken thumbs catching a ball to exploding eyeballs.
