Napa and Evans were excellent junior players. Both really should have been higher achievers in their careers.

Napa was simply too slow to bend the line, even as a prop
Would have loved to see Evans play about 30min as a wide running backrower. His lateral defense was horrendous also

Yeah I feel like his 'big hits' were always borderline and he took the $$$ to play for a garbage club instead of adapting his game. Then the videos came out and blaaah...

Another excellent outside back depth signing.

One must remember that we don't just have to cover injuries to 3/4s, but also the halves as Manu moves straight to 6 should something happen to Sammy or Kez.

So it makes sense to doubly load up on outside backs.

You can never have too many if it means we don't have to play Hutch in the outside backs ever again (and if it means we never see Kevin Naqaima in the RWB ever again).

Hutch in the centres still gives me shivers..Love Robbo and trust his judgment yet he got this wrong big time and it was a Brian Smith move…Adam Keighran should have played centre vs Souths.

When I see players who are not the teams goal kicker kick in general play I wonder if they could possibly do a bit of goal kicking training in case they are needed?

You would think that Sammy, Momo, Teddy, Allan, etc. would be practicing goal kicking after every training day?

Napa was unlucky he played in the wrong era.

When does he start training with us? I think he will be great for us has a lot of upside this signing. I would be great if we could get some training photos up on the main site for a change. Our home site would always post the boys at pre season training, but this year we get nothing. Very disappointing.

I don't read anything on social media because of this. We could sack our whole squad and sign Nick Kouparitsas and there would still be people out there saying we are over the cap

Problem is we need some strengthening at the top end which is expensive.

Crichton, Nat Butcher, Egan Butcher, Tupouniua, Wong & Whyte is as many good options we’ve had in a long time.
