Went past Roosters headquarters today to do some maintenance work in the new offices, had a good chat with Robbo he seemed super pumped & excited to be back, he directed the coaches to go full pelt with the boys in todays proper first day back at training. Key standouts JOEY MANU!!!! WOW i heard Robbo say it’s the fittest and strongest he’s ever seen him and he hasn’t even started pre-season yet and that’s after honeymooning after getting married apparently he’s been training non-stop on his own. Also apparently Walker is the first & last inside the video sessions he loves them, very very good signs!!!!

Api, Papali'i, Blore, Bateman & Klemmer to a lesser degree are all top line forwards. Utoikamanu & Fonoa Pole arent bad either.
If a couple of their unknown backs stack up they will get back to 9th.
The Cowboys will be in the top 8 for sure.

The worry with the Tigers is their 1, 6, 7 and 9. They have no depth in these positions whatsoever and an injury or two will really de-rail their season...again!

I’ve had a 1 on 1 with Robbo one day when I went to watch them train & he is the nicest bloke.
He spoke to me as if I knew him.

The worry for every team is losing any of their spine. No team has depth in their spine that are as good as their starting spine.

Yes but they have no depth. We could lose Teddy or Keary and Manu or Hutch would step in. Likewise with Walker. Lose Smith and Turpin slots in. Wests would be turning to unknown untried players whereas we are calling on guys with over 50 NRL games of experience
