    Are you mad?
Why would you rest Radley who is one of our best players.

He’s had a decent couple of injury free years but prior to that he was pretty injury prone.

I reckon it’s a significant loss. Having an energetic and fast running forward coming off the bench was a big bonus and something that gave us a decent advantage over most sides. He was great at the end of last season. Plus he’s good utility value. He will be missed.

Seriously why do our players kee doing ACLs? I feel like we’ve had more than the rest of the league combined.

                Update: NRL Physio

"Connor Watson has unfortunately suffered a suspected patella tendon injury at Roosters training (via SMH). No confirmation yet on severity, to see surgeon next week. Worst case would be tendon rupture: if confirmed would require surgery and a 6-9 month recovery period. Watson could avoid surgery with a partial tear, but still a lengthy recovery (2+ months). Fingers crossed for him."

Why the Hutch hate? He’s a fine bench player.

Liked it last year when he came on a prop, a clever little idea from TIT.

Agree with whoever said it above, it hopefully means Egan is now in the 17 everyweek.

Seriously we cannot get a break with all these serious injuries. When is this going to stop!

                        Devastating loss.

Watson is a real impact player who thrives under the current style of play.

I think we're all just conditioned now to assume serious injuries every time we play (or train, evidently) following the worst 3-year injury toll in 110+ years of 1st grade Rugby League.

It’s a loss we can afford. Speedy recovery , I hope regardless

Yea makes the Turpin signing even more valuable now. Slightly different players I know.

Still hurts but, he's definitely in Robbos 17 every week and now I'm hearing from the NRL physio on Twitter that this patella injury can be a tougher rehab than acls.

We're usually good for two season ending injuries every year so who is next?(I'm not superstitious btw)

                            Feel for the bloke.

Patellar Tendon Tear - This painful kneecap injury is usually the result of a hard landing after a jump or a fall.

I'm fine with him on the bench. As long as he doesn't get up.
