He's 192cm... would be right at home with Toops, Manu and Sua'ali'i.

I get that he had that one game where Souffs fans slammed him because he cocked up under pressure in attack. However, I remember at the time that a Souffs fan I work with highlighted that all the opposition's (Pemriff's) tries were on the other side of the field.

IMO Souffs were just filthy that they got bundled out by a better team, when they shoulda lost to us (farking cheats ordering dickhead to knock-out Teddy). Souffs fans aren't exactly known for their pride, honour and football IQ (I think he probably left because they were right @rseholes to him, with death threats and shyte). As such, I wouldn't let them tarnish our opinion of one of our players.

Welcome to the family. Haven't watch you play for us yet but don't worry... we'll look after you, mate! Majority of the players who have crossed Anzac Pde to Moore Park have done better under our systems regardless of how good he was over in Redfern. Not our fault their coaching's a shamble, with a rotating door for coaches every time they get knocked outta the finals.

My preference would be for JS to stay on the wing. He can continue to cart it up from kick returns. With Toops both of them would make 150+ metres per game.
In attack with him on the right and Toops on the left we would be 2nd to none under bombs. And of course playing outside Manu which left side defence could stop the pair?
My two cents is leave JS on the wing and let Paulo, Allen, Momo and Billy fight it out for the left centre spot

I’ve posted this before that players still feel the wing position is the least important position which in todays game it’s not but to keep JS happy Robbo will move him to the centres.
JS has the potential to be a Latrell like centre so I’m happy if the Chooks start with him at centre even though he was a weapon playing on the wing.
Who do you play on the other wing, I’m not sure. Cory Allen & Momo are not wingers & Im not sold on Paulo. Maybe it’s time to give the Fijian guy a crack.

Even more reason to leave JS on the wing. We are blessed with two tall, strong, metre eating wingers. I feel our backup centre options are better than our backup wingers. Momo, Billy are both better centres than wingers

I think Paulo has plenty of natural talent and I have faith in coach Robinson.

Robbo is a way better coach than Demetriou. He will get the best out of Paulo under the high ball.

Wingers are still the lowest paid players, right?

JS is a fullback and I think he's already a better player than Allen, Momirovski, Smith and Paulo. The way I see it, our squad's gonna be...

                - Teddy, Manu and Sua'ali'i roaming around as fullbacks. IMO our plan will involve flooding the centre with playmakers so that teams simply cannot keep up with the pace. It'll be pretty hectic having our spine + Manu, Sua'ali'i and Rads causing mischief the whole time.

                - Nobody's saying wingers are less 'important' but Toops (love the guy) has a simple strategy and Robbo's gotten 3-4x the metres outta him by using him as an extra 'prop' for the purpose of kick returns. Having a 195cm dude charging right down the middle after a kicks is a lethal weapon, but I think it's fair to say that you'd be wasting Sua'ali'i's skills if you tasked him with that. You want him using his brain and choosing his moments, not barnstorming down the middle of the field, straight towards the big boys in order to give JWH/Lodge/Collins a breather.

                - IMO our game's been too slow and hasn't kept up with the rule changes. For me, JS is an extra playmaker rather than an extra runner. He's there for his brains and just happens to be a ~195cm dude with the agility of a 1st grade running half (combined with strong defensive reads, which is another reason to put him at centre).

I truly hope Paulo has a breakout year and makes the Rabbits cry about how we stole one of their players again

                    LOLz bet they do anyway...

Be great seeing him and Sua'ali'i dominate 'Trell Mitt.

'Trell Mitt looks like he could do with a few of my runs around the Crescent Lake is Saigon, the west lake in Hanoi, the beach at Quy Nhon and the Skywalk in Bangkok. Happy to sell NRL players my SE Asian holiday package that involves less beers / antics, more crazy night runs and sharing the odd cup of hooch with some local fishermen along the way. Send us a PM if you're an NRL coach looking to pay $$$ for better results than Trell Mitt's offseason fitness regime (likely comprising a relaxing mixture of beers, fishing and bumming the odd durry when nobody's looking).

Saw latrell on the news the other night kicking footballs around with some gayFL mob.
Seriously, how much weight has he put on?….gotta be the fattest fullback in league history.

JS aint sticking around playing on the wing let me assure you of that.

Glory positions are fullback and centre to a lesser degree.

Mate could you imagine if JS was to do a few cheeky shirt off poses? That’s easy money right there. I know King would buy one for sure. Hahaha I kid I kid.
