Yep. You have the local star and one of the most recognisable faces in Australian sport...carrying on like idiots in public at 345am.

Wait, you can't do that, because Albo can't or won't tell the details.[/B]

Tut...tut BB, you're attempting to muddy the waters on this just like the Lib Right wing is.

The referendum is only concerned with the first stage of the PRINCIPAL of the consultation proposal ]which is The Voice and we will vote on the simple question, "Do you agree that there should be such a process?" That's it. Should there be a voice for First Nations?

The second stage - the details, will then be worked out in the parliamentby debate. That's why there have been "no details", they're yet to be worked out. The Right know that and so should you, you old mischief maker.
Is that the latest on Sky News ?

I guess it might depend on who you are and how big your profile is.
from what I saw earlier, the No Fault stand down policy, is for crimes where you could be imprisoned for more than 10 yrs.

True - there's a few apartment blocks in Civic that are hilarious because one can always find nervous looking dudes who've parked nearby and are doing laps of the street until nobody's looking.

FWIW I own an apartment in one and know which apartments are used by workers (hence why I'd observed the comings and goings - my investment flat is near one of 'the apartments' in question ). A few years back I was at an EC meeting and raised it as we had a blocked drain in one and water from their washing machine (running 24/7) was leaking into our carpark all day. As soon as I raised it (assumed everybody knew) the whole room went quiet and I was berated for suggesting that these 'lovely young Asian girls who are always dressed immaculately... probably doctors/lawyers' were hookers. I was over the champaign progressive EC by then anyway (about to quit) so continued to troll them about it, noting they were the ones who held prejudices against working ladies. Yeah, the EC loves old Jizzy the dissenter

          ---

Rant aside, I guess my point is more that this particular facility is not more abundant in Canberra than elsewhere.

Mitchell Pearce ... 8 weeks suspension ... $125,000 fine ... our season ruined ... for making an obscene gesture towards a dog, behind closed doors.

            Never forget.

[i]Anthony Albanese declares Voice to Parliament will not 'threaten' Australian backyards as he dismisses concerns over body's power.

While Mr Albanese vowed the Voice would not have an impact on land ownership, there have been cases in recent years of Indigenous bodies seizing public land.
              referendum is carried

Yadda...yadda....Sky News eh? Must be right. Always objective, never been known to take sides.

"Fool" comes to mind...I've explained what the referendum question entails. There are, as yet, no details but there's plenty of fear being peddled and you're playing your part as is ol' Jaxie. The Parliament will determine what the details are when, and if, the referendum is carried, that's what we pay them for.

Never have I heard you complain about our Westminster Parliamentary system when the Libs are in the majority. Only now when you're desperate to sustain your Sky/racist propaganda do you attempt to point out the "unfairness" of it all. The Teals are Libs, well educated, smart Libs and they're for it. It's the Fascist rump that remains hoping to ride home on the vote of racist Australia that spreads the fear and doubt.

I admire Lydia Thorpe. I think that a Truth exercise and a Treaty should precede any voice which will be easily ignored by future Business/"Conservative" governments but that certainly ain't gonna happen. Sky (and presumably you) would be apoplectic

As I've always offered....the biggest injustice visited on an individual footy player by the governing body ever.

                Must never happen again.

Tell you what Horrie, imagine how that chip is going to react after this incident?

At some point Lattrell will display his increasing disdain for certain aspects of society, and it aint gonna be pretty.

At least it was only a short stroll down the hall for you. Parking in civic is ridiculously expensive!
