And what did you think of Tupou when he was 21? At that age Toops was in his 1st year with us and played 3 NRL games. Young has played ~24 NRL games and is already an International at the same age. It's not fair to compare a 21yo with one year in the NRL to a guy with 11 seasons behind him.

The bottom line is that Toops is either very close to, or is, the best winger in the NRL. Selected for Origin again last season. This has been the case for 10 seasons in the NRL, since Toops first played Origin in 2014. In our entire lifetimes as Roosters fans, we will have very, very few wingers contribute what Toops has already and continues to contribute.

The odds of this pommie winger ever achieving even a fraction of what Toops has are...very long.
