I like the look of Junior Pauga.
Siua Wong has plenty of wraps & I see why.
Overall it was good to see the Roosters in action & getting the win.

I think that was Xavier Va'a? He went pretty well.
I'd add Ben Thomas to the list, was good again today.
Thought young Sandon probably overshadowed Sammy today, certainly a better kicking game.
Wong not his best dig today, couple of misses led to tries. Although Nikorima has done that to more experienced players. Will benefit from the experience.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

As for the positives thought Turpin and El-Zakham both did some nice things.

The Roosters have 28 of 30 players signed for the NRL so 2 spots left
The Roosters have 3 players on development contracts - so 3 spots available if they fill the maximum number of 6
Be interesting to see what happens in filling these spots in NRL or the development contract space - surely Tyler Moriarty is signed to a development contract at least - Thomas Deakin , Sandon Smith and Vuate Karawalevu are signed on development contracts

We were good in patches. I'm president of the Sammy Walker fan club but wasn't great today. Kicks were off, looked buggered in defence and threw an obvious cut out that was intercepted. Very early days though and it's a trial at the end of the day.
X. Va'a was great. Egan was great. Moriarty looked good before he went off. Sandon looked good. Brandon looked good in our colours. Jaxson Paulo was excellent.
