Not really. We’re playing on Sunday and they play Friday night. We need all hands on deck because we’re down to 20 of our top 30 players. If the game days were reversed I’m sure some roosters would be playing for the bears.

Meanwhile only four players have been named for our reserve grade squad. Not sure what’s going on there

There were no players named in the Bears side on the NSWRL site anyway, so I don't know how much you can read into that.

I think what they do is just add them into the team website if they have been selected in the top 21. That's what was happening last year.

17 players on the Extended Bench - some are North Sydney Bears NSW Cup Contracted players
