The major flaw in this argument is that even when we do dominate the ruck we still get railed in the penalties.

Win or lose the ruck; no matter. The end result is the same - a bias against the Roosters.

I think we're so gun shy about being penalized we aren't afforded any leniency in the ruck unless we pull off something obviously dominant.

And on the weekend we started to lose the ruck early so that went out the window.

In the manly trial there was one set where the seaeagles slowed every tackle in defense and were eventually pinged on our last.

The ref did a disservice, should have pinged back downfield.

Against the dolphins the ref did hit them early on one set which I appreciated as I believe a good ref should set the standard early in games.
