Not gonna hate on Hutch as much as I usually do because he played with some gumption on the weekend unlike the majority of others. However, I stand by the point it makes little sense to carry him on the bench in a game like this. I can only assume its similar to last week. If Manu is fit, Hutch will drop out for a forward (hopefully Wong). Thomas is rubbish and the rest of them heavily inexperienced.

Another bad feeling about this one, especially considering they have an excellent forward pack on paper.

The 2020's version of Dallas Hood but not as good. Fletcher is one dude I hate to see in the 17.

The single dumbest post I have ever read on here. And that's saying something.

After a loss in ROUND 1, you've determined that "this is not a well coached team"

Sorry whoever you are, but you are clueless

Friend of mine, a real person, Roosters fan, is worried that we're gonna get the spoon this season.
          *
I told him it doesn't matter, that we're still rebuilding for 2024 or 2025.
It does matter though, we have a new sponsor paying plenty, and existing loyal sponsors doing the same ... it's a $5m+ jersey.
We simply can't get the spoon.
          Drastic measures must be taken.

Just who are we going to beat?
The Warriors are huge, we've just been run over by 2 huge teams, Manly and Dolphins.
Isaako is built like a forward, huge arms and legs, 2 'Sam Walkers'.
When Isaako got the ball he had almost half the the field to stroll around in.
Then we play Souths, they beat *everyone* somehow.
That'll be great ...nil points after 3 rounds ...the only points 2 from the bye.
It's a long way back from the bottom of the ladder.

Try to run the Warriors players around for 80 minutes and make them tackle a lot, us with 100% completions...our only hope.
I would've played Thomas, but not for Hutch, more like Whyte or Egan.

We are a genuine shot of going into the bye without a win.

This has to be the worst forward pack we’ve had in a decade

What’s dumb? Since 1966 I’ve never seen such dumb footy by such a star studded team. The Dolphins didn’t have a better team by a long shot but they were better coached and prepared than we were. Same with the Manly game. I’m not going to toast the coach on the results of years gone by. This is 2023 and Robbo needs to lift up the standard of his team from incorrect play the balls to no ruck defense, to kicking out on the full and dropped balls and inability to complete sets only 4 in the second half.

I can’t work out the logic, Baker was dropped last week to 18th man and is now starting prop? Surely May gets a start. If Radley is out we need to play Turpin and start Cheese at lock.

If we win it will be off the back of our bench, strongest its looked in years. Hutch should start and id be making room for Allen. Butcher boys + baker will have warriors shitting themselves.

Is it almost time to put Nat back in as bench prop if Jazza and Lodge are going to be out for a while?

He is currently the best backrower at the club and is needed there to protect Walker in defence, especially if the other options outside are Hutch/Allan and Paulo

Weaking one spot to strengthen another isn't always the best practice

Very light on for the bench , lets hope the starters can build up a lead before the subs come on for a spell.
