Darn I didn't win the Sydney Roosters & City Index Survey - I will blame Robbo for this

If Manu is fit, Hutch will drop out for a forward (hopefully Wong). Thomas is rubbish and the rest of them heavily inexperienced.

Another bad feeling about this one, especially considering they have an excellent forward pack on paper.

Don't understand why we're running with 2 forwards again, apart from Baker and the bench we do look quite good though ON PAPER. It will be very troubling if we don't win here.

Why are you all complaining about the team named on Tuesday when you KNOW it’s not the team that is likely to run out on Saturday?

              Yes agreed..

I can’t wait for Robbo to pull the rabbit out of his hat and throw Hutch into the starting side at the last hour, just to bamboozle the Warriors!

Sorry but can't see the sense in that. Smith was bought as a hooker and has shed quite a few kilos for his role with the aim to play max. minutes. Turpin as his back-up. Last week was out of necessity because we lacked troops on the bench but to start the game that way is asking for trouble.
For mine it would be Nat to lock and Wong to start in the back row. Interchange of Turpin, Whyte, May and Thomas. Sorry Hutch but you're a luxury we can't afford just now.

                      Allianz Stadium, Sydney.

I don't know what to say after last week. No predictions from me. God knows what we'll dish up this week.

Hopefully Manu back & a home game makes a difference. Still no JWH.

                      GO EASTS !!

                      ROOSTERS:
                      1. Tedesco
                      2. Tupou
                      3. Suaali'i
                      4. Manu
                      5. Paulo

                      8. Collins
                      9. Smith, Brandon
                      10. Baker
                      11. Butcher, Egan
                      12. Butcher, Nat
                      13. Radley

                      INTERCHANGE:
                      14. Turpin
                      15. Hutchison
                      16. Whyte
                      17. May

                      RESERVES:
                      18. Allan
                      19. Thomas
                      20. Smith, Sanden
                      21. Wong
                      22. El-Zakham
Only 111 combined first grade games for our four Props. Going to need a lot of yardage support from the backs.

To be fair 'our forwards' were minus JWH, Crichton, Lodge, Rads and Cheese for large parts of the game against what's basically the Storm's old pack.

Based on minutes played, 'our forwards' were Collins, Turpin, May, Butcher x2 and Whyte.

Robbo's tactic was to end strong with Lodge, Radley, Collins and Cheese all on the field. Instead of this, the Dolphins got to play against the above (with Collins being the only one to play big minutes).

Not trying to gloss over it all but 'our forwards' are...
                        Starting...
                        JWH
                        Cheese
                        Lodge
                        Crichton
                        Nat
                        Rads
                        Bench rotation [something like]...
                        Watson
                        Collins
                        Egan
                        Sitili

... IMO there's a serious argument that the Storm's old pack played against a reserve-grade Roosters pack for most of the game.

the field day they could have up that middle around the ruck

We should win the bye then . Hopefully

Couldn't be any worse than last week. And we wasted a bench spot.

Robbo has been saving his ace in the hole, for this week we will bare witness to the culmination of the past three years, hutchinator at prop.

                                suffer in your jocks warriors!
