Injuries play such a huge part of winning a competition,
Will we ever have our best team on the field. Angus, JWH and Lodge, hard to be optimistic without them.
Add Sitili to that list , it's a hard pill to swallow every week it seems to be never ending
You can't make this shit up. Our forward pack this week is peak 2021 injury crisis where we had the Bears line up most weeks.
That's more than 30% of our $11,450,000 cap on the sideline,
Plus Teddy, Suaalii, Joey, Keary, Smith is at least another 40% .
only 30 % left, to cover the remaining 19 players
that's $3.5 million, or less than $200,000 per player
No wonder we have no depth.

Year after year and the same crap,it’s starting to get very frustrating!
Looking back now we were lucky to escape major injury problems in 18/19 to win back to back titles..
The Club always strives for premierships which is evident in player signings and professionalism from top to bottom, but unfortunately this injury curse is out of everyone’s control..
You can't blame anyone for the injury crisis. You can blame tackle technique for some of it though. Radley is starting to become a liability for himself and the team. Will be shocked if he plays this week. Smith to 13, Turps to 9?

Agreed on that. I know other would disagree but I would also put Nat back in as Pig and let Whyte/Wong in the back row.
We would lose Walkers defensive protection there though.

Yes, it's all just bad luck, nothing to do with mis-managing our cap

Indeed.
Time for Change.
Major change.
This must never be allowed to happen again.
Have a look at the Storm pack, and the bench.
That's what our team should be like...but isn't.
Our season is basically over before it's begun.
Manu said he was running at pace at training and then an elbow ran into his face or he ran into a stray elbow.
Training needs a serious overhaul too.
Because we couldn't afford to keep him because we spent more than 70 % of our cap on 11 players,
and ended with a lot of stars and a LOT of inexperienced players.
Not many hard nosed experienced middles.
