He said all the right things in the off-season regarding tackling technique and being smarter defensively, yet first game in and he decided to launch himself head first into a players hip!

68% of concussions this year are on the defender. Even before the crack down on high tackles it was the tackler at higher risk of concussion...friend , keary cords. Now even more defenders are going to end up with concussions with no overall reduction in concussions. Front on tackling and going in low is fraught with potential head knocks.

Tackling above the waist is just as dangerous.

I mentioned Victor's tackling technique last year as an issue after the Melbourne HIA and was laughed at.

Now I just read that Rads and Robbo agree he needs to tweak his tackling style. Again.

It's pretty obvious. The guy is just way too reckless and needs to realise that his health and team only benefits when he's on the field.

I would love Kaufusi at the Roosters. He’s a hard grub & I love hard grubs.
