Good result, not the best performance by any stretch.

Pro's:
- Walker looks confident and playing well
- defended better through the middle
- better completions
- Collins played 80 I think?! Awesome effort

Con's:
- clunky
- Teddy's hands
- Suualii ball hogging like an U9s player

I thought Whyte had his best game for us. Paulo looks a solid stopgap before DY. Need Smith fit and healthy on the paddock. Turpin was good but we need Smith's mongrel.

Not keen for next week. Never am.

Was at the game today and the two that stood out for me watching live were Collins and Paulo closely followed by Walker. Loved how Walker’s confidence is growing and he is taking on the line more often.

You could also see some combos were starting to shine but the boys still lack cohesion and timing. This is obviously down to missing key personnel but it encourages me to know it will click sooner rather than later.

We’re slowly finding out that we bought a dud in Smith. He gets injured everyday of the week. I am thinking he was sold to us because he was damaged goods and so far we can’t get a half hour out of him before he has to leave the field. I wish we had Verrills.

I think you can see the framework of how we should look towards the back end of the year … just hope we havnt dropped too many games before then ! I feel like we will all be much more positive and loving watching the boys smash everyone. Attack was a little bit of a worry today… we have to go through the middle with options and then the moneymen will get the rewards.
