I cut down going to footy after the 2015 season That was the year late in the season when my Dad who used to take me to games as a kid passed away ) Only going to a handful of games each year the last two seasons I have only been to one game each year The game has changed too much for my liking Id rather spend a day like today at that time of day at the beach

After being upset by Newcastle in round 1 of the 2022 season and then bouncing back the following week against Manly, I am expecting the same today. And like that day, I’ll predict a Nat Butcher double. Easts by 16

Is there any chance one of these fella’s could get the tap on the shoulder and sit on the bench for first grade, 18th man perhaps?

Very hard to feel positive about this one.
I have no faith in the forward pack we've named. If only they can hold their own the backline could get us home.
We won't get any favours off the game managers.

Like I said if they can’t beat 2 teams that I don’t think will make the 8 then there not going to win the comp.
                          We’ll see.

C’mon Eddie there is no need to blame the refs. We should be good enough to beat them even if the ref is a one eyed Warrior.

                                You are on fire.
We can win this, but only if the Warriors help us by making plenty of errors.
If the warriors complete over 75% and have 50% possession I think we lose or JUST win.
We have to get to their 30 m line by the 5th tackle on most sets, our grunts have to get us there and our STARS have to ice it with good kicks and attack.
We have to force errors with our defence.
I don't know if a win here will actua;;y mean anything LONG TERM.
There are huge problems with our ball handling, defence and teamwork..... something is just not right, and a win today might be just a band aid or a panadol when what we really need is surgery.
NEXT WEEK is going to be the real test.
